This page explains in plain words what you get when you buy access to Fix Pips and what we agree on. By paying for access, you accept these terms.
Who we are
Fix Pips is a trading project run by its author. On fixpips.com and in these terms, “we” means Fix Pips. You can reach us on Telegram: @Alexey_Tomilin.
What you buy
You buy fixed-term access to the private Fix Pips Discord server. Inside are weekly plans, premarket notes, stream recordings and the community chat.
- Access is sold for 1, 3 or 6 months.
- When you renew, the new time is added to your current term — remaining days are not lost.
- It is not an auto-renewing subscription: nothing is charged when the term ends, and renewing is always your choice.
Your account
Your account with us is your Discord account: you sign in on the site with “Sign in with Discord”. Access is tied to that account and cannot be passed to other people. Keep your Discord account secure — you are responsible for what happens in it.
How access starts and ends
- Once the payment processor confirms full payment, the Fix Pips Discord bot automatically gives you a role that opens the private channels.
- When your term ends, the bot removes the role and the private channels are no longer visible.
- A few days before the end we may send you a reminder by Discord direct message.
Payment
We accept payment only in cryptocurrency through NOWPayments, a third-party payment processor. You choose the coin. Network fees for the transfer are paid by you.
Access starts only after NOWPayments confirms that the full amount has arrived. If you sent less or more than required, contact support (@Alexey_Tomilin) and we will sort it out with you.
Refunds
You are buying digital access that starts right away. So once access has been granted, payments are not refunded, except where a refund is required by law.
If access does not work because of a technical problem on our side, we will restore access or extend your term by the time lost.
Rules of conduct
- Do not forward, publish or resell the server’s content — it is for members only.
- Do not share your access with other people.
- Respect other members: no insults, harassment or spam.
If you break these rules, we may remove your access without a refund.
Not investment advice
All Fix Pips content is educational and is not investment advice. You make your own trading decisions and are responsible for them. Trading on financial markets carries the risk of losing money, including everything you put in.
We do not promise or guarantee profits or any particular results.
Discord availability
The server runs on Discord, which we do not control. If Discord is down, blocked in your country or changes its rules, that is outside our control. We do everything reasonable to keep the server running without interruptions.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The new version is published on this page with its update date.
