Privacy Policy

This page explains in plain words what data we get when you use fixpips.com and buy access to Fix Pips, why we need it and what you can do about it.

What we collect

  • Discord data. When you sign in with Discord, we receive your Discord user ID, username and avatar, plus OAuth tokens — we need them to add you to the server and manage your role.
  • Orders and payments. The plan you chose, the amount, the payment status and the payment IDs from NOWPayments. We never receive card details. Blockchain transactions are public, and we do not control them.
  • Site analytics. Through PostHog (EU cloud): pages you view, clicks, device and browser, approximate location.
  • Hosting logs. The site runs on Cloudflare, which keeps technical request logs.

Why

  • To grant your access to the server and remove it on time.
  • To help you through support, for example with a disputed payment.
  • To prevent fraud and abuse.
  • To understand how the site is used and make it better.

Who processes your data

We do not sell your data. It is processed only by the services Fix Pips cannot work without:

  • Discord — sign-in and server access;
  • NOWPayments — cryptocurrency payments;
  • Cloudflare — site hosting;
  • PostHog — site analytics.

Each of them has its own privacy policy.

How long we keep data

For as long as you have an account, plus a reasonable period afterwards for accounting and in case of payment disputes. You can ask us to delete your data. We may need to keep payment records, but we will delete the rest.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or object to how we use it. Just message us on Telegram: @Alexey_Tomilin.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in, and PostHog analytics cookies.

Children

Fix Pips is not intended for anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy. The new version is published on this page with its update date.
